    It depends on the booked category. Breakfast is not automatically included in the apartments and fair guest rooms. On request, however, we may fill your fridge.

    The prices depend among other things on size, length of stay, desired period and number of persons. Accordingly, we can not make a standard price for all.     It needs to be determined induvidually with each landlord, whether pets are allowed in the fair hotel, apartments, guest rooms. If necessary, simply share this request with us and we will see that we find the right room for you. Please note that bringing pets / dogs is not allowed at any Hannover fair/exibition.

    No, the rental price of the property has been determined in advance by us with the landlord. It is not possible for the landlord to charge you any extra money.

    With us you can choose from many payment options. Of course, it is also possible to pay by cash on the day of arrival, for example, at the key handover.

    The property addresses are given on our website. You will of course recieve a confirmation after your booking with all the necessary information and details about your stay. The contact details of the landlord are usually not need. When you complete your booking through us, we are completely responsible for your needs.

    Registration is free. Upon successful booking, you will receive the rental price agreed with us. You won’t have any extra costs. If you wish further service concerning the management of your property, we will gladly make an offer.

    The same way you would like to find a guest house. It does not have to be luxurious, but contemporary appliences would be appreciated. And if you set your own criteria for a guest room, we will surely welcome happy guests together.

    That also depends on our contract. If we have agreed fixed quotas, then the bookings for the respective period must also be accepted. If we record objects on request we need your confirmation for a booking. In general, open and direct communication is always appreciated. So, if there is an appointment problem, just give us a call.

    Private rooms or even bed and breakfast accommodations are rooms in a private house or apartment. Usually, only a few individual rooms are available in the properties, for example the children’s bedrooms.
